🎶 Digital Downloads (Music, Sample Packs, and Files)

All digital downloads — including music, sample packs, or any downloadable content — are non-refundable.
Once your purchase is confirmed and the download link is delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This is because digital files are immediately accessible and cannot be returned.”
If you experience any technical issues accessing your download, please contact us at support@aurorafluxrecords.com, and we’ll make sure you receive your files.

👕 Merchandise (Hoodies, T-Shirts, Accessories)

We accept returns or exchanges for merchandise within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in original condition.

• All tags and packaging are intact.

• You have proof of purchase.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds (when approved) will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

⚡ Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund your order at no additional cost.
